Isaiah Kacyvenski

Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Isaiah is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Will Ventures. Isaiah’s diverse background includes earning two degrees from Harvard, playing in the National Football League for 8 years and achieving success as both an entrepreneur and investor.

Prior to founding Will Ventures, Isaiah was the Managing Partner at Blue Star Innovation Partners, where he led the firm’s sports technology investment practice. Prior to Blue Star Innovation Partners, Isaiah was Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Sports Innovation Lab, where he was responsible for management, operations and execution at the premier sports technology research and advisory firm. Prior to the Sports Innovation Lab, Isaiah was Global Head of Business Development at MC10, where he was involved in the conceptualization, product development and business development of next-generation sports, fitness and healthcare wearables.

Isaiah is also an investor and advisor to over 25 companies across sports, technology, biotechnology, consumer, media and sports medicine. Isaiah also has 7 technology patents to his name.

Isaiah serves on the Executive Board of the USC Center for Body Computing as well as the National Advisory Board for the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA). Isaiah is also a member of the NFLPA Health and Safety Committee, where he has served for over 5 years. Isaiah is also the Chairman of the Sports Advisory Board for the Center for Bio-Integrated Electronics at Northwestern University.

Isaiah was also the subject of an NFL Films profile about his rise from poverty to the NFL that received an Emmy Nomination for Outstanding Long Feature. He was also featured on an Oprah Winfrey show titled "Why They Beat the Odds".

Isaiah received a cum laude pre-medicine bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and graduated from Harvard Business School’s MBA program.
